The Process
When you contract Sonoran Shotcrete to take care of your project here is what you can expect:
Pre-Site Visit
Our experienced crew will visit your site prior to the workday to assess the material needs and make sure everything is ready for your shotcrete.
Equipment Set Up
Crews will arrive early to prepare your yard and our equipment for the ready mix deliveries. Once the concrete comes we will be ready to pump it in.
Concrete Arrival
Once the concrete arrives we will go to work to quickly spray and finish the project. Most projects will require multiple trucks. They will arrive one after another until the concrete work is done.
Spray and Finish
Our crews will spray and finish the shotcrete. Beginning with the walls or vertical surfaces and working our way down to the ground.
Water Time
It is important for shotcrete to stay as wet as possible while it cures. You will be spraying it down a few times a day, but before leaving we will wet it down.
Clean Up
When the work is done our crews will clean up our equipment and your driveway. We won’t leave until the driveway and street are clean.
